Recently purchased a 300 f/2.8 for youth sports but being a majority of the games are at night I have not used it as much as I'd like too. Sunday I decided to take it and my three boys on a little day trip.

I have no clue how but I seem to have set my ISO to 2000 the whole day... I was really mad once I realized it. Lots of great shots turned out to be NOT SO GREAT!!

Here is one that I think came out well with a little CS3. Great Blue Heron shot through a fence.

That's not half bad. I like it. Not an easy alterative to youth sports tho.
