Hi all, took this dragonfly just hanging motionless on the vine. thought I
show the head and the back of it. First time Ive seen the back part of the dragonfly.

great shot - I had some shots from that perspective on a dead dragonfly - no where near as clear as yours though. :)

Good ones !
Dragonflies sometimes lose the headshield behind the head and then with a shot from the same angle as #2 you find their head is mostly hollow.
