1st two yes.
2nd is actually 3 exposure hdr with polarizer
3rd is simply a p&s with a little curve action applied in lightroom

OK here's #2 a little less saturated. on my monitor in LR it doesn't look so bad but on the forum I see it is a little overdone. Using FF so it is color manged but oh well here it is
