I think all the other stuff is distracting.. I like the reflection but the frame gets in the way.. I would personally just tighten the crop on the face up...and clone out some of the loose hairs down the back of her head.... I am no expert by any means.. but this is what I would do with this image.. that and a bit of processing on the eyes.

Great capture. nice expression.

Digging this crop much better puts the attention back on the suject. Like the reflection and the lead in..

I think the image lacks some POP to it.. which I can sometimes get from levels adjustment.. or working on the eyes to bring them out a bit.... somethign to add contrast..

this might also make a great B&W image that would really pull the subject forward in my unexperiance opinion...

here is a quick edit on a very very crappy program at work... Image editing was ok.. so I just threw this up.

I agree, it's fine. If anything at all crop it to 4x5 format but that's a matter of opinion i guess.

This is shot inside the market near a big window overlooking the water.

How would you edit this image?

It does not need much of anything, actually.
I would perhaps take about an inch off the top - matter of taste.
The example crops above are not as good as your original, to my eye.
