I'm looking for something affordable (ideally under $50) and easily portable. Dimmable would be great, but not a must.

I was looking at this Sunpak (external link) but the reviews are pretty critical of the battery life. I would probably just be using it for some detail shots at receptions, so it might not be an issue.

Any other favorites?
