The Audi boys are actually in Sebring running tests on the new R15+ for the whole week. They did not participate in the 12 hour race due to the Pugs saying no to a planned interim R15.

Here is a quote from John Dagys:

Audi has been rooted in a political scuffle with arch rival Peugeot. Initially, Audi had asked for special dispensation to run an evolutionary model of its diesel-powered Audi R15 TDI after its 2009-spec prototype was deemed illegal by the ACO for this year. Approval had to be given by all LMP1 teams competing at Sebring, but Peugeot didn’t budge. In an ironic turn of events, Audi’s 2010-spec “R15 Plus” has been testing in Florida this weekend and will take part in a five-day test at Sebring after the 12-Hours, electing to still forgo the race despite having a fully 2010 ACO legal prototype. Peugeot will also be at the test on Monday and Tuesday.

Ohhh interesting! Puegeot was just scared!

Yanchula - One thing I take with me to the track is a two step ladder. Mine's a Rubbermaid plastic unit which I think I paid 18 bucks for at one of the big box stores. It's gets you looks over the Armco barriers. It's a pain to carry, but it's worth the bother. Granted, it works most of the time, but it's a bear holding on for dear life when the wind is blowing, like it was on Thursday at Sebring. I almost fell over a few dozen times.

Keep practicing the pans. It looks like you got it right on the last shots you posted.

Thanks for the advice. I am thinking about going to the Petit Le Mans this year also. This was the first motorsport event I have ever taken pictures at. Like I said before, it came to me just really late in the day. haha. I was standing at turn 7 for a long time and a really nice guy allowed me up on his platform. i will definitely figure some kinda step out for next time. Luckily I am 6'2 so i dont need a lot of help.

I make the photographs, not my camera.

The bikini contest wasn't as good as 2009 when Boner Custom Rods sponsored it. No kidding, Boner Custom Rods (make fishing poles).

Miss Sebring at the bikini contest. She was one of the hoard of "judges".
