Hinton Alberta......

I live on a bicycle, sleep in a tent, eat pasta and work in the oil and gas industry, and shoot photography because I'm bad at it.

Live in Toronto. I've been involved in photography as an avocation since the late 1960's, when I started with B/W film and set up a darkroom. Switched to DSLR in 2004 and love it.

Regina, SK here. Wish I was in BC, everything there can be made into a great photo, here you just have 2 lines of colour, cold on the bottom, blue on the top, as far as you can see.

So to the Canadians living in and around Toronto. Anyone see the Ansel Adams exhibit a fews years ago? My wife was there on business and a good photo buddy and I flew in for the weekend. The 3 of us went to see it.

We stood looking at a huge original Moonrise, Hernandez print. One of the people working strolled over with tissue paper to wipe the drool off my face and I asked if they would take a cheque. She said even the Sheiks from Saudi Arabia don't have cheques big enough for that one :).

Manitoba, a beautiful area called the Interlake (because it's, like, between two giant lakes, eh?). :-P

Born and raised in Borden, Prince Edward Island, but now living in Southern California. So yes, I'm Canadian, and yes, I am a photographer. Semi retired pro, I take on the odd shoot now and then to keep me on my toes...
