did a photo manipulation at the request of my father-in-law.

"with great power comes great responsibility"... something I stand by with my photoshop practices. It was my father-in-law's idea - he's a minister - he came up with the sinister idea, and my thoughts... "it is good!"

the picture is of my wife's grand-parents on their 50th anniversary celebration.

i just finished the manipulation and my wife is at work... this is just too funny, and i just had to show it off since i couldn't wait any longer!

i wonder how grandma will react to this... muahahahahha

Damn! Grandma's a shape-shifter. Wish my wife could do that! Excellent job of photoshopping. Kind of curious, tho, why you blurred his right side.

good pointers, guys, on the blur.

i ran it quickly through onOne focal point (lens bokeh simulator) but didn't notice the hand. It's fixed now.

Also fixed is the girl's hair - didn't take into account the diffused light from the clouds which would have lit the top of the hair.. not to mention the ever so slight halo effect from the strong background/foreground contrast. I also dropped the processed colours as they didn't serve much purpose. I think it's pretty tight now.

BTW that hot lingerie model is Jennifer Lamiraqui (external link) and her photo was very difficult to come by since you'd quickly discover, doing a project like this, how very difficult it is to find an ideal photo to swap subjects with.

happy to inspire.

just search google images and high res pics

this model pic happened to be high enough res to print at 8x12 300dpi

this exception really minimizes the search field!

Looks like Jimmy Carter when he told Playboy that he lusted in his heart.

updated ----> tatoo

i keep tinkering with it between projects, here at the office. It's been a fun side project, but I think it's safe to say that it's FINAL.

it's perfect.

LOL! That's a good one and nice PS job! I think you should do your wife a favor by swapping yourself with a hunk. Then both of you are even!

hehe... well... this is a picture of my grand-father-in-law. My wife would claim such a photoshop job would be without need because I'm a competitive natural bodybuilder.

I could do another picture with a young male model... but... it wouldn't be as funny because swapping her out was an inside joke. I'd say Dan is a hunk (he's doin' alright for 72!) so it would defeat the purpose! :D
