RadAl says I have to atone for posting a B1 "Belly Shot" so I offer this to the POTN Transportation Gods:

Oh, I posted a B1B belly shot over in Davis-Monthan Pt IV and called myself on it.

RadAl said I had to do a penance so I offered this up to "get out of jail"

I'm so ashamed...

Actually, had we not been "rousted" from our usual spot off the end of RWY 12 due to an early bout of "centerline sanitation," we'd have missed the B1 entirely landing on RWY 30.

What's wrong with the belly shot? Is that a no-no of some kind?

They're generally considered to be pretty pedestrian and kind of a cop out. It's pretty easy to just stand under an approach and shoot up at planes.

But then again, some guy published a book that's strictly straight up, plan-form views of various airlines so they must appeal to someone.

Ok, that's what I figured.

I really like your style, and I love browsing your website.

Hey Jay, I was just looking at your site (again, lol, I should be working) and I came across this:

I just wanted to say, AWESOME. I can't decide which I like more, that or the head-on weathered A-10 shot...

So, why not buy one of each? ;)

I've run 12x18s of the F6F Guns from here at home and it prints very well.
I've also sold a couple copies of the A-10 shot and the feedback on those prints (16x24) has been very positive.
