My quest for a decent (for me anyway :)) Junco shot has spanned several months. Late this afternoon just when the sun was beginning to disappear behind some heavy clouds a Junco arrived and perched on an old branch not far from me. With the newly arrived and ever increasing poor light I had to reduce SS and open up the aperture. But thanks to my tripod, I believe I got my first decent Junco image! And shot in manual too!

C&C is always welcome and appreciated.

For some reason they're tough little buggers to get good shots of. That one is excellent.

Sweet shot. I still have one or two around my yard. They'll probably be heading North soon though. :)
