Nice.

I'd like to join you in posting a pic of mine .... but how did you do it? :) Great ( I assume ) overexposed background and perfectly exposed lenses.

I fairly new at this and I swear the more I learn the stupider I get.

I see there are square shadows under the round lenses. Can you give me a helping hand and explain what you did?

Thanks, Chris

Thanks, I know how to post pics....I just wanted to know how you got the all white background which looks great. I was hoping you'd just say something like, "Oh, just hit F5 and it'll turn the background white"....lol.

very nice! i'm in the middle of changing my line up...

currently have: 35 f/1.4, 24-70 f/2.8, 100 2.8 IS macro.

70-200 f/2.8 IS mark II is coming (impulse buy!) Gonna sell the 100L f/2.8 and possibly the 24-70 OR 35L.

i'm crazy about gear.. i spend more time researching, buying, selling then actually taking pictures :(

Shame on you! Thats the number 1 problem with this forum, turns people into gear whores. Stop looking at gear and start shooting! Admitting you have a problem is the first step to redemption!!!

Pretty much true. Luckily I have reached a point where if I buy any more lenses I will never ever use them, so I don't need any more. I think I have lenses for all the situations I may encounter. The one exception to this is I would still like to pick up a top of the line super telephoto sometime but that is not a priority nor is it realistic any time soon.

24-70, 70-200, 50L. Might get rid of the 50 to pick up a 70-200 II.

My line-up is much more modest than that... It's also a lot more... 3rd party :D

Tokina 11-16 f/2.8
Tokina 35mm f/2.8 macro
Tamron 17-50 f/2.8
Canon 28mm f/1.8 USM
Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro USM
Canon 50mm f/1.8

I'm planning to get rid of the Canon 50mm 1.8 (since it's been replaced by the 28mm).
Also hoping to add either a 200 2.8L, a Tokina 50-135 or something in the 150-200 range in the first half of the year. Possibly a Canon 300mm f/4 IS or Sigma 150-500.

Maybe I'll also add a 85mm 1.8 or 1.4 (Sigma - if it's anything like their 50mm).

Some of my lenses focus beyond infinity...!
