Lovely GF.

I think the DOF is too large...it almost looks as if the tree branch on image left is the subject. The vibrancy of the pinks catches the eye strongly, too - drawing the eye away from the image subject. Personally, I think there's too much tree on image right, as well.

I think if you shot again with a narrower DOF, tried to position your subject without the branch in front of her head and had her looking at the camera it would make a stronger overall image.

You have a lovely subject and the greens of her clothing / jewellery and her hair colouring look great together.

Good pose, good exposure, but there is a branch growing out of her head.

Wait for a day with blue sky and do a reshoot if possible.

reposition her so she's maybe in front of the tree, not in it. Watch out for limbs, as pointed out. You might find it more appealing if she was 50 feet in front of a tree and let the bokeh take care of the rest.

i like it... branch growing out of head and all... though, i'd see about knocking down the reds/oranges in her skin... could just be this crappy monitor I'm on though.

Criminy...it's a tree. There's branches. A flat field, with a bland background, and the ONLY tree coming out of her head, then you might re-think the composition. This is fine.
In my opinion.
I don't care for this pose though..looks too much like the "sitting on the toilet" pose.
Maybe more upright, with some connection with the tree..grasping, or foot up, or arms around. Even leaning against a branch would ad some dynamics to the composition.
