THe first one is a nice shot, here are some rough edits, along the lines of Gary's suggestions. Crop, curves, straightening and distortion correction, and a little tweaking of the color balance. I had to JPEG compress the crap out of the image to be able to post it, so it is probably a little soft, blocky, etc. but you get the idea.
The last image has nice control of the tonemapping process, but the outdoors are blown and need some more data. You've done a good job at keeping haloes, etc. under control, but, as with most tonemapped images, they need a little PP to sharpen them and correct for color shifting , etc.
Keep at it! I think I;ve used my entire monthly allotment of "etc." in this post.
