mpix345 Goldmember 2,870 posts Likes: 69 Joined Dec 2006 More info | I may be in the minority here in thinking that it is OK for Amazon to sell something as new that has been returned from a customer. I think we have to have some flexibility with that if we want them to maintain their very liberal return policy. Having said that, this lens looks like it has been seriously used. I would not accept it, and I can't imagine Amazon will hassle you if you tell them it has dirt particles on it and a fingerprint on the lens.
