If I am shooting in Adobe RGB, should I convert the file to sRGB for posting to Flickr, etc.?

You can't add color data later to an image if it first doesn't exist (as in shooting sRGB). Best to shoot in RGB and convert in post to sRGB for uploading to the web. I have been shooting in RAW + .jpg (Adobe RGB) So, if I'm shooting in RAW, it does not matter much which color space I shoot in so long as I convert to sRGB for web posting. Do I have that right? Thanks for all of the input..........
Terry.
