I think this is worthy :)

I had posted this for CC when I first joined, but I think it has earned itself a place here in the "Kids" forum

This is my 4.5 year old daughter, A. It was shot with mid-afternoon sun as the only lighting at a playground. First picture I have ever had printed and framed after taking it myself

I'm a sucker for bright whites and dark blacks. I really like the pp you did on it.

It took some help from a couple people because I am still learning in general, but I got it printed at the lab at my college and bought a frame today

Its a great feeling to produce something worthy of printing large and hanging it on the wall. Nice work.

Definitely my first frame-worthy photo! I am still new so this was a HUGE accomplishment for me when my other forum told me to fix this one up a bit after I originally took it I got a CPL the other day and wanted to practice shooting with it, but it's been cloudy and rainy since I got it I also have a flash and new lens coming in the next few days that I can't WAIT to go play with!

Interesting angle....I like it! I may have to steal your idea on my next shoot...hmmm

My daughter decided to color on the print this morning while it was out of the frame I took it out so I could clean the glass on the frame and while it was out she got a hold if it and colored I can't get it printed at school again until after next week

I love this! It gives me some ideas for crops I could do on some photos that I have! Sorry to hear about the coloring mishap (I also have a 4-year-old daughter).

Don't take it too hard, the kid was probably just trying to decorate her own picture! You'll get it reprinted and hung on the wall soon enough, and if you can't wait, head over to the 1 hour photo.
