I'd like to recreate this lighting

As far as I can tell, from the first picture there was a grid spot on the background, a snoot on the hair from directly above (or possibly another grid?) and a softbox camera left.

Am I right?

A client wants some wigs photographed for their site and used this as a guide.

I would say the main is more a Beauty Dish or SB without defusion panel(s)
Accent etc. is probably what you describe.
