Hey everyone!

Im new to the world of off camera flash, and backgrounds and so on. All I had was a black backdrop so bare with me here. I took these shots with two strobes, my EF 85mm 1.8, and my 30D.

Marley's parents love these pictures! What do you guys think? Looking for some constructive feedback here to help me become a better off camera flasher and so on.

What do you think? Be honest!

I notice her skin tone is a little too pink in the 1st one especially. I'm not a fan of the basket with the eggs laying scattered around. She looks a little uncomfortable. I do love #3. I think it is the best because the eggs aren't a distraction, and she is making eye contact with you. She's even waving at the camera. It is also in perfect focus. I think the skin tone could be easily fixed in a photo editing program. She looks pretty young, but if you could have sat her up a little more I think that would have made a huge difference. I hope this helps you a little.

Thank you!

I will address the skin tone issue. She is only 3 months old or so now. She couldn't sit up she just flops over lol So she had to slouch. She was happy as a clam in the basket though lol
