I was just playing about earlier with some food and photos, its something I've never really tried before. so if you could please leave me some C&C.

P.S I can post a bigger picture if you wish, its just im using a 32" TV so i didn't know if a larger picture would be too big for people on monitors.

I like the colour palette and the composition. I also like the lighting. I don't like the really shallow DOF which means I can't say if this is a pork pie or a piece of cake. I think it is a pork pie but I'm not certain.

haha yeah, its a pork pie. i was trying to get a shallow DOF but i konw what your on about, i colud of reduced it abit. thanks for the comment though.

I like the shot, although I have to agree with the above that it was difficult to see what it was at first. Slightly deeper depth of field may have been better.

Haven't seen a pork pie for a long time. I'm originally from Surrey but been in the US for 10 years now - there is some english food I really miss, I am so jealous :)
