Telefragger, photobucket is free and will resize to whatever your specification is automatically. FYI. I use smugmug now, but it's not free. I do it to support a forum that I am on. That forum was created by the same guy who created smugmug with the intentions of helping fund the other forum. Good stuff.

Flickr has a 200 picture limit...per account. There is no account limit:D

Sorry if I was not clear... You can upload unlimited number of images, but the fact that you can only access (within Flickr) your last 200 images (even though the previous ones are still stored) was the decision driving factor for me.

Createsean, I actually have no idea! I export within Lightroom, usually bring them into Photoshop for resizing, and then I upload to Photobucket into the album I want them in, so I have not looked into an automated export into the account. The stuff in the link provided by Trevor may work, no idea, sorry I cannot be of any help in this issue.

TeleFragger, really happy to hear you so happy with your lens! In a book about archery we refer to often, lists, as an added benefit of adding equipment to your gear, the renewed interest in your hobby (or profession), and I believe this applies to Lenses as well! Thanks for sharing the images, the color rendition of the lens is certainly noticeable as deep and rich.

Rafa.

I didn't know they kept your older stuff! Actually, Rafa, what I meant is that you can open another account with a different user name, or as many as you want, apparently. Of course their $25 a year fee isn't high, but they made me mad with the way they promise "100MB a month" and then once you get settled in and comfortable, spring that "can only access last 200 photos" thing:mad:. That's why I decided to circumvent them with the multiple accounts (which certainly isn't dishonest or even against the rules, just mildly inconvenient). In a way the 200 pics is good. It makes you go back and cull your less impressive shots, so theoretically you will keep building a more and more impressive portfolio. That bad thing is that in your older posts your photos will start disappearing...
BTW, as architecture shots seem in these days, I will post a couple.

Mook,

I really like the second one - seems very stark and imposing in b&w with the cloudy sky adding some feeling to it.

I'm looking for harsh criticism of my photos - tell me how to improve, I will be grateful.

Thanks! In winter it is usually just hazy and overcast here, but occasionally we can see some blue in the sky.

What do you guys use as far as neck straps go?? I use the EOS strap, and I have a Binocular harness that I also use. The harness is great. It spreads the weight evenly across the shoulders, and not on the neck. It also keeps the camera close to the body so it dosent bounce around. Like I said, just wondering what you all use.

Nice shots Dirby... Lots of action on your race shots, and this one of your cat is certainly nice! I sent you a PM, hope you got it.

I use the bundled EOS strap as well. I have not delved much into the other options, I'm interested in hearing what others say as well. I have been shooting for around 5 or more hours each day with the camera hanging from my neck all the time. I cannot say its uncomfortable, but I do have some neck stiffness that I am blaming all the weight (specially the 2400 bag when I neglected to buy a backpack :( ), so I'm interested in the answers.

Rafa.

I've asked for the Optech Dual Harness for Christmas so hopefully I'll get that but at the moment I just use a longer Optech cushioned strap that goes across one shoulder like a courier/paperboy bag would.
Like you, I also want to spread the weight across my shoulders.
