I've had my T2i since shortly after it's launch date. I quickly fell in love with it but then again I also fell out of love with it due to it's lack of high ISO ability but I still like the camera regardless, it's been a blast ever since I got it... Just now I hope to upgrade to either a 7D or 50Dii next year or the year after. Depends on the money...

Right now my main concern is the glass that I put out front. Once I get some much better glass on hand then I'll upgrade bodies.

Right now I'm after a 70-200 f/2.8 ii. Once I sell my other car I will probably get it... lol.

Thanks, that is one of the things I was trying out. Using F8 to get more in focus and get better sharpness.

The T2i's high ISO performance is leaps and bounds above my XTi, so even though it isn't perfect, it's still been a welcome improvement for me. I'm in the same boat as you though now, meaning that I'm more concerned with glass. The T2i should be more than capable of tiding me over until I can fulfill my lust for full frame, and until then, I need to focus on putting together a killer lens kit.

I'm continuously impressed with this camera and it's always a ton of fun to use.

not particularly for me. I find myself in a lot of situations that I should really be using 1600 or even 3200. mainly places that don't like flashes going off a lot... like events and parties. people tend to get pissy if you flash them too much...

regardless though, I still have a blast with it and I do have a 430exii now as well so that's a bonus. I've kind of become a bit of a gear nut and am always trying to get more gear... I also have vivitar 283 that's modified for manual control as well as a some light stands and a few lenses as it is. I might be selling my 70-300 f4-5.6 is usm though before I get the 70-200 f2.8 ii.
