Vivitar series1 2x teleconverter for canon ef

Hi has anyone ever used a vivitar series1 2x teleconverter I was wondering if anyone knows if it is made by kenko or tamron or any other company any help would be appreciated thank you so much

Nope its not made by either Kenko or Tamron. Its more likely to be made by Bower actually. But it may in fact be made by Vivitar Series1 (which is a SAKAR license now, BTW). The reason you're likely asking is that the ring looks like the Tamron and Kenko's, but in truth, the design is quite old (of the ring that is) and has been copied by them all.

Someone had tested the new Vivitar Series1 TC's recently and was quite impressed by the results. (I don't remember if it was Gasrocks or Lightrules)
