These are a few from my first HS track meet. I'd love to know what you think. More pictures and bigger versions on my flickr.

These all could use a little tighter crop. What lens did you use? You have a 70-200 in your sig but some of these look as though you used the 18-50.
The horizons are also a bit off but that isnt as distracting as not shooting tighter.
I did look at your blog and website also, you have a good eye but most seem a bit underexposed, perhaps that is what (style) you are going for. Also check your sensor it is or was dirty with some of the landscape shots.
Hope some of this helps. Keep shooting and sharing.

I had the 70-200 on the whole afternoon. I guess I do tend to underexpose; it's not a conscious thing, it's just what I think looks better. Most of those landscapes are back from when I was still using a D50, so I didn't really know what was going on with that or to look for it. Thanks for the feedback!

Oh. I took them down because I had a dozen requests to buy pictures after I put them on facebook, and flickr makes it too easy to "obtain" them. They're still available at http://www.facebook.com …id=1192711003&aid=2034226 (external link). Sorry about that!
