Here is an older shot that I dug up and processed 3 exposures in Photomatix Pro.

This is HDR, what do you think of it? A little noise in the sky, but I can't seem to get rid of it all.

Nice shot, I wouldn't have known it's HDR so well done.

It doesn't look like noise, more like compression artefacts. What ISO?

I would have tried to avoid the trees in the background as they're a little distracting.

I shot this one at ISO: 100.

I ran it through a noise removal program, it seems to have helped some!

That's strange then, you shouldn't have noise at 100 ISO.

i have had noise problems with photomatix too. here are a few things i found that helped.

the noise can be reduced to some extent with the various "smoothing" options. also the most recent version has a noise reduction option on the first screen that works pretty well. finally always use raw for hdrs.
