The 100% crops are almost same but in one of the shots of F8 - crop, the image cropped area was smaller than the others but to keep the image size to 800x533 or 533x800, the fonts are looking bigger.
Hmm does this mean that you are resizing your 100% crops? For a proper 100% crop just set the image to view at fullsize in your editing program - grab the crop tool and cut a section out of the image. Don't resize that section and just save it for the net. If they come out at slightly different sizes that does not matter - the idea is that we can see a sample of the image unmodified from the camera.
The other option is to open a flickr account and pay for a years membership - you can then upload a fullsized JPEG image for others to view online (the free acount will let you upload them as well, but nobody can view them unless you have a paid account - also you are limited to only so much upload bandwidth per month if you are on a free account and fullsize JPEGS will eat that up very fast)
This is the first time I did any such test and whatever others suggested here, I did that only.
