Got a request to do a newborn shoot in in a week or two. I have been studying up on the subject. I plan on having the wife to do the props and posing with the mom. I have seen lots of great examples of newborn shots but not any of twins to give them some visual aids to get their creativity going. Anyone have any suggestions? I was tinking of getting doll bunkbed if i can find a good one that is the right size.

That link goes to my thread and the twins I did were very preemie so they were hard to pose still. If you have full term babies maybe try them on their tummies propped up on a boppy or beanbag with their hands under their chins. Ive also seen them where they are side by side lying on their belly's with their little knees tucked under them and shot from above. Search google images for newborn twin photo's, I got some great ideas from seeing other people's pics. Good luck and be sure to post up what you get! Im gonna try to go back Friday since they've grown a little and try some props and hats.

Just make sure you have lots of time on your hands when you go to shoot the pictures. It takes longer then you think.

Here are some examples of Twin Newborn Photography (external link) that I took. This was my first twin newborn session. Hope this helps.
