My friend
I just saw your new post and indeed your previous one.
That is quite a lot of gear. Do you need the 24-70 mounted? The nice thing about the UD is that it holds two bodies in the front pockets very well so you could place your 1D in one of them and the flash and transmitter in the other. The Tenba doesn't offer such an option/configuration.Your filters in their cases could go into the side pocket, leaving the interior of the case for your lenses, rocketblower and MacBook Pro. The UD also comes with a wallet for your cards and a rain cover, both of which are not included with the Tenba. The UD has a set of spare velcro's dividers which facilitates configuration of the interior of the bag. My impression about the UD is that you can and are encouraged with confidence, to use every available space in the bag. IMHO it is also easier to carry either on or across your shoulder or via the handles. TBH having discovered Think Tank, my saved pennies will go to more of their products when the need arises.
Hope this helps
