Hey guys, just finished a 6 week project of directing, shooting, editing and producing my second music video. The group I work with wanted to try something original so they put together a script that involved dialog. This prompted me to research audio and ended up going with an external recording device, the Zoom HN4. I also invested in an Seinhesser ME66, boom pole, clapper slate, etc. I was pretty intimidated by the idea, but once you sync the spike in wave with the camera audio caused by the clapper, it's really simple. :D Anyways, its about 7 min long. Please check it out, any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That was really, really good! I've watched a lot of video shot with the 5D mkii and this is outstanding in its own right, but when you compare it to other video shot with DSLRs, it is truly a cut above.

A couple of questions for you and a comment:

1) Outside of the camera gear and software, which tool did you use that you felt helped you achieve such a professional look? Would you recommend it to someone who is new to video?

2) What parts of the video did you use Magic Bullet Looks for?

3) I would love to see a video of you actually shooting the scene with your equipment (lighting, etc).

Thanks
