C&C on new logo idea

My brother actually emailed this to me as a rough draft idea for a photo logo for me

Some c&c would be great as I will pass it onto him. He is trying to incorporate my initials (JC) into it and i think it looks pretty sweet so far. He'll add some color to the initials as it gets closer to finish but we'd love your opinions so far

Without any color I think it's hard to tell if it is initials or just part of the drawing.

So far I love the pic. It looks really good. I think it would look better if the initials were the same size. That's just me though.

i thought that too but then that would ruin the perspective i suppose. i think with color, even just a shade of grey or w/e should sort out the problem.
