I've posted these shots in a couple of other forums but I haven't really received any real critique yet, so I thought it'd be best for me to repost them here:

Overall I feel you might have been a little tight with the compostions - we have a great presentation of the animal, with good smooth lighting - (what softbox were you using?) and the focus is on those eyes every time. However If one looks past the fantastic details you've got here (which is a strength of the shots for certain) one can see little nicks.
Shot 1 you cut one of his front legs a bit short.
Shot 2 idealy abit more space on the left, but honestly as a presentation of the animal this works for me
Shot 3 not sure quite what to consider here
Shot 4 rather like this one as well, but upper area might be a bit too much dead space (angle of his mouth is not pointing up enough to direct us higher in the frame).
Shot 5 clipped his toe and its lacking that angle that shot 1 has which makes shot 1 stand better than this even though it a very similar compostion.

As a final point as you have the catchlights very clear in the blacks of the eye and nowhere else you might consider cloneing them out and replacing with a more modest single dot catchlight. The details of the diffusion and lighting used are quite clear and whilst interesting to see they distract from the main subject (which is what you want us looking at).

Overall some very solid exposures here in good lighting, maybe some composition points, but overall a very solid series of shots - the catchlights is probably what I notice as the most distracting

The shots are very sharp and well exposed. I like #2 because you can see where the frog is. Some look very "staged". I like the full color ones rather than the desaturated ones.
Great captures.

Also in shot 2 there is what appears to be sensor dust or odd blotches in the background - just behind the frog and near the ground and also one just to the left of the midpoint along the topside of the shot - all easily removable with a quick touch of the spot heal brush
