I took this in the harbor at Manchester-by-the-Sea. It's pretty simple, but friends seem to like it. I'd be interested in the views of this more photo-savvy group.

Very sharp shot....and very peaceful. I can see myself dozing in that boat, lol.....

I think the calm waters in the lower half adds to this pic. But the ripples in the top take away a bit from the soothing feeling. Can you try cropping off a bit from the top?

Nice pic anways and I;d be happy if I had taken it.

Thanks for the comments. Interesting idea to crop some of the ripples at the top. I tried it and it gives a nice emphasis to the calm and reflections below the dinghy.
