For me 4, 7 & 8 are the best of the bunch. The only one that didn't really work for me was #1. The foreground boulder and the river didn't have anything of interest and they are the largest part of the photo.

Thanks, I was wondering how #1 would go over. For me I like it because the way I took it( waist deep in the river) was fun. I can see your points though.

Nice shots John, I like 7(were you breathing hard yet?). Your Angels landing shot is nice, I would like it more if the tree wasn't centered.

You must have been there the same time I was. New snow on the peaks and 4 inches on the road. 4 and 7 are very nice. I made it to the saddle just before the last .5 miles to Angles Landing and up the chains for a short way. So 8 is what I missed. Darn that sure looks pretty.

The entire series are really nice but #4 and 7 are really good.
