You'll probably get more responses in the Raw, Post Processing and Printing section.

Did you create the radial gradient yourself? Did you see it when you initially created it? If so, make sure that you select the "Dither" option.

Definitely see it. And if you're seeing it on a monitor, it may be even worse in print, depending upon the printer. Have you tried a touch of gaussian blur? Also, this may help. Good luck.
