Been using White Lightning 1600's for indoor sports. Worked great

Need to upgrade my lights for studio work. Planning on Elinchrom

Will I lose anything as it relates to sports if I upgrade? Mainly flash duration and recycle time.

Can someone explain flash duration specs

Here is 600RX info
The Flash Duration is listed
(t 0,5) 1/1 1/2050
(t 0,5) 1/32 1/1/850

500Ri
(t 0,5) 1/1 1/1558

I can and I have for several years but the color consistency is not there. Not a big deal for individual shots but most of my stuff is large groups like 250+ portraits. Its enough to make me want better lights to reduce processing time and improve quality throughout

especially at low power which is where I tend to be indoors with the 1600's
