I just purchased two F1000's ( http://www.bhphotovideo.com …_F1000_Pump_Cup_with.html (external link) ) and two 244 Magic Arms ( http://www.bhphotovideo.com …iable_Friction_Magic.html (external link) )

I want to mount the arms to the suction cups, but wondering what I can do this with. Both arms will be holding a single camera in the back of an airplane. One supporting the other to reduce the amount of vibrations.

Any ideas?

Will this hold the weight of the arm + camera?

Assuming it's made from metal then it should, I haven't seen this unit in person so I can't say for sure.
