It's been snowing in Bend for a couple of days now, and the snow decided to take a break for a few hours this evening. I used this opportunity for some bird photography, and went to a local park. Very few birds there, I only saw robins and northern flickers.

Just before I left the park, I saw a grayish small raptor that I could not identify. It was flying fast and low, so I didn't have a chance to change my camera and lens settings. Sorry about horrible image quality - this was shot hand-held at 1/25 seconds, using my 400mm 5.6 lens. I am just posting this image in hopes that someone would recognize what kind of bird this is.
