Here are a couple taken by our daughter, straight out of the camera. She does pretty well to hand hold such a heavy camera. If she keeps interest I may have to get her a lighter Rebel.

I started my daughter with a point and shoot early and onto an entry level DSLR at age 9. She has won a few contests in her age group and has been published by 11. Children can see great detail we often miss and I learn from her. Thanks,

It would be fun to go out on shooting journeys with her; at least until she gets to be about 13 when she may not have any time for you. Enjoy it while you can. She has entered a few in 4-H, she did well in those. How old is your daughter now? She still shooting? CameraBuff wrote in post #9925248 She's a natural; I hope she keeps her interest. Yep when she gets a little older She probably won't have as much time for us! Steve

" thru the eyes of babes"...lovely work . Give her a pat on the back. Children are far more creative than we ever give credit . Then we teach them to color within the lines and ruin their creativity. They are given stenciled sheets with outlined images to color in when they should be allowed the freedom to create themselves....we think we are helping them ....but I dont think it does. She definitely has " the eye".
