Flower Shots for "B-Roll" wedding - Processing Critique

I'm putting together some "b-roll" macro-ish centerpiece flower shots, and processed these two different ways, one for a high saturation, vibrant look and one more muted and aged w/low saturation. C&C appreciated.

These are taken with a 7d and 50mm f/1.4 @ f/1.4 and 1/60th, ISO 320
