honestly, I hate those things... and on my website I use it a blant ugly way... Unfortunately I have like 9000+ photos, cannot re-do upload them... just wish I didn't them in the first place!!!

anyways, share your creative watermarks please!

I don't have one YET, I plan on making use of the built-in watermark feature of LR3. :)

If it's the same as LR2, it doesn't give you many options and can only be place in the lower corner of the image.

Most people use the Mogrify LR plug-in that allows you to place your watermark in one of 9 places throughout the image in a 3x3 grid for choosing. Of course you'll have to make your own watermark, which is pretty simple even with Photoshop Elements.

I sometimes adjust the opacity and color depending on the image, where they are going, etc......

Here is my current:

This just goes on my photos I post in the forum where the drivers will see them. The thousands of photos that go on my website get a simple watermark of my URL across the middle inserted by ACDSee Pro 3 in batch process along with resizing & copying.
