Do you keep your glasses on while looking thru the viewfinder? Or do you remove them?

Just curious.

I keep my glasses on, without them I would have to drive by braille and I wouldn't be able to find the camera bag or camera.

Thankfully my vision deficit can be corrected with the built in diopter, so either I take them off or flip them up onto my forehead while I take the shot.

Sounds a lot like me. The Canon Rebel Xsi's default eyecup is kinda uncomfortable when you have RX glasses too.

I suppose I could shell out $60 bucks and get an eyecup extender.... :-X

Funny how most things get better when I kick 'em...

The built in diopter is not powerful enough to correct for my vision, but even if it was I would not be able to see without the camera in my face  Yes there are lots of photogs that MUST wear their glasses.

On a side note, I just had an eye exam and learned that I am left eye dominant, which explains why I mostly use my left eye for shooting (even though I am right handed).

I find the xxD is a bit better then the Rebels for this. Although my friend's XSi is a bit better then my XTi was...

Off when looking through the viewfinder. It fells weird with the glasses on while using the viewfinder.

Well, regardless, I love my Canon Rebel. Some discomfort is worth that camera's gorgeous abilities...now if only my abilities could match it, ahahaha! :D

I still have enough range in the stock diopter to allow me to shoot without my "readers."

Seeing and trusting the LCD? Well, that's a different story... ;)

Couldn't say it better myself.....

I was frustrated by constantly "smudging" my glasses so I bought a viewfinder extender. It helps but doesn't stay on the camera that well.
