Pic with new camera & lense's set-up,40d & 70-200 f4 l usm from yesderday's rally,did try alot of different shutter speed's etc,was finding pic's under-exposed (was a dull day).Impressed with sharpness of pic's with lense's,What others view's on my pic? Good or Bad! Mark.

Hi Marky,
It's a good set up which you will soon get familiar with.
These couple look pretty fair dinkum to me,slightly uninspired angles and lacking action, but pretty good ,fairly sharp ,and decent colours.

No doubt will see even better stuff in months to come.

Agree with your comments about angles and lacking action. Was trying all different settings, shutter, iso's etc, also did'nt get great location's for "panning" motion",but happy enough with first attempt with new set-up,know there's lot's to learn and hope to improve photo's overtime.

Many thanks for your reply and comment's,chrispons. Mark.

Can't go wrong with a Mk2 Escort,Nice bright shots.Perhaps a little more wheel motion would have been better giving more sense of speed.
