Eyes are not sharp, which is a problem. Seems a touch front-focused. Smile could perhaps be better - hard to say not knowing the subject. I'm not sure what happened to the bottom right corner. 5D MKII,17-40 f/4L, 24-105mm f/4L, 50mm f/1.8, 135mm f/2L, 70-200mm f/2.8L, 550EX, 580EXII, ST-E2, Sekonic L-358, 2 SB-26s, 3 AB800s.

Simple, great composition, terrific expression, even lighting, nice catchlights, great crop -- just a really nice shot of a boy at an age where it is hard to get that kind of comfortable, natural expression. Good work. Sue Cassidy

Thanks for the compliments, he's 12 years old but he's a natural so I won't take credit for his good expression. 5D MKII,17-40 f/4L, 24-105mm f/4L, 50mm f/1.8, 135mm f/2L, 70-200mm f/2.8L, 550EX, 580EXII, ST-E2, Sekonic L-358, 2 SB-26s, 3 AB800s.
