i saw this guy commimg and knew he would fly over the house ,my camera was out so i opened the door and grabed a few shots.

Brilliant shot! I had one in my garden and I waited ages for it to take flight and then missed it! Just got some of it perched instead!

LOL. but the Merlin had the name Pigeon hawk, and a collared dove hawk does not sound right. : )
