"behavior" of a Quantum Turbo 2x2

I just started using a Quantum Turbo 2x2 a few weeks ago. I charged it up a week ago, took it off the charger, then turned it on tonight and only got about a dozen flashes on my T5DR before the flash would no longer recycle. Is this normal behavior for a new battery? It doesn't seem quite right to me. . .thanks.

the manual recommend that you do re-charge it before you use. However, it shouldn't stop after a dozen of flashes on your T5DR. If you buy this new and still under warranty, send it back to Quantum for service.
