Camcorder Shade??????

Use that term for lack of a better one. I have a canon camcorder that has the swing out LCD ... and in bright sunlight it is almost impossible to see what I am filming. Wonder if anyone has come up with something that will allow me to really see the monitor under adverse conditions?
