They are very cost ineffective. While tragic and I hate to see this type of thing, given the flight hours and missions, 2 is a rather low number. In quantity, not quality, of course. We lost some great astronauts. I think it is time for NASA or anyone for that matter, to see a way to get us back into space and onto the moon again. It's sad that the last time we've landed on the moon was 38 years ago. Kevin
