The Collings' Foundation traveling warbirds made a stop in Austin this weekend. Heavy tonemapping with Dynamic Photo HDR going for that illustrated look.

Nice! These are the way HDR should look IMO.

Normally when you say HDR I run the other way, they've just never really had an appeal to me. But these are very well done, the don't look fake but still add to the image. Very nicely done! Oh, and great subjects too ;)

got any of the b-24? These look great. Saw these guys up in Denver last summer and had loads of fun watching the b-24 fly.

Good rendition of those classic warbirds. I have the same feeling with HDR as many are overdone , but these are great.

Great shots...love the vibrance. I agree, this is the way HDR should look.

Very nice! They made a stop in Tyler a few weeks ago and I missed it. I was hoping to go and get some shots as well and totally forgot..I'm glad you posted these!
