Picture quality need help PLesae

I donn't understand all this i have a 1dmark2n and ive taken a few pics of my new grand child which is a week old now when i uploaded the pics to a site to get them printed off it keeps saying they are of low Quality i have the pics taken in jpeg with the file size on the camera set to L 10 is this the problem :oops:

What site? What are the pixel dimensions of the JPG file you are uploading?

I'd guess that the Kodak site is looking at the "dpi" field in the jpeg file, which the MkIIN sets to 72, and deciding that's "low quality". As recommended.... ignore them.
