A few of the Collings Foundation's aircraft. I only wished I'd had my 10-22 with me.

Are these multiple exposures or a single RAW? I am guessing the later.

I personally like the last one. Some detail is missing, but that it depend on if its an HDR or pseudo HDR.

The only thing distracting me is the bright spot above the cowling in the sky, likely from the processing. Then the right side prop that is up has a line around it.

Beautiful aircraft nevertheless. Collings Foundation do a fantastic job keeping these birds in the air.

What type of aircraft is the "Nine O Nine" plane? My dad flew B-24's and that looks fairly similar, which is why I'm asking.

Nine-O-Nine is a Boeing B-17G "Flying Fortress"

This (external link) is a B-24 Liberator.

The last one is from a single RAW, the others are multiple exposures, 2 or 3 if my handheld shooting was steady enough.

Since they are HDR, try to bring out the over exposed areas of the interior shots. The windows (perhaps bring out the blue sky instead?). Then the guns have lost areas, bring those out. Shouldn't be too hard if you have the darkest exposure and use a layer mask.

I agree, but the interior shot was made from only two exposures. It was handheld, and the -2.33 EV shot that would have given me the sky was too far out of alignment. Even manual alignment did not work and I had to toss it. On the guns, even my underexposed image has the hilights blown out, live and learn....next time.
