Hi there any idea is there any bag that is similar to Mountainsmith Borealise? Looking for a bag able to put both camera and clothing. Thanks

I just bought the Tilopa from F-Stop http://fstopgear.com/en/tilopa (external link) for the same purpose. Hiking w/ the essentials + camera gear + tripod. I might look at getting a small or medium ICU in the future to allow me to carry more essentials.

There is a thread on the bag here https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=760069

It's very well made. It's not quite up to my Arcteryx expedition pack, but you won't think you have a cheaply made product or anything. I think they're having them made in China, but I'm not positive.

Also considering the price of the bags, I wouldn't think they would be cheaply made products.

Having a poor reputation as a small company would definitely put one in to bankruptcy.

I doubt anything stands up to my Arcteryx Bora lol. But the F-stop bags are great. My buddy bought one on the first batch order, good build quality, nice design, and quite a bit of room (although a smaller ICU would be prefered if you don't pack ultra light).

Yeah I hear you.. I have the Bora 95 in Teal.. I've had it for.. 10 or so years now but it's hard to tell it's been used and the harness is more comfortable than most car seats. On top of that, I think you could use it to tow a vehicle. :)

I have a Bora 80 in black. I believe mines only 3 years old but it went through basically everything when I took it to europe and camping trips. I doubt I'll ever find another bag to replace it. I always pondered about just buying a padded unit and carry my camera gear in it haha.
